1 General Provisions

b477 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an entity providing online gaming and sports betting services. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the Platform and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Members").

By accessing the b477 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts by the same person, household, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, b477 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held within them.

3 Age Restrictions

All services on the b477 platform are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Participation by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited.

b477 may at any time request an identity document or other proof to verify a member's age. If age-related information is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at b477 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A wager of 10 times the bonus amount must be placed (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may receive each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses may only be used for playing on the b477 platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The original deposited funds may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met; however, doing so will cancel the bonus.
• b477 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.4 VIP & Cashback Program

b477's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play.

6 Sports Betting

6.1 General Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or altered for an unspecified reason, b477 will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.
• b477 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds that were published due to a technical error or human mistake.
• The settlement of bets on events associated with match-fixing or other misconduct will be at b477's sole discretion.

6.2 Odds and Live Betting

All odds are subject to change and b477 reserves the right to update odds at any time. In live betting, differences in bet outcomes may occur due to internet connection delays, which will be considered normal.

7 Casino Games

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to collect bonuses unlawfully (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to b477's systems or servers.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an antisocial manner toward other members.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 b477's Rights

b477 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without providing a reason, particularly in the following cases:

• Suspicion or evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Fraud or dishonest activity is suspected.
• A security risk arises.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Member's Rights

A member may request the closure of their own account at any time. Before closing the account, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and the remaining balance must be withdrawn. Account closure requests must be submitted to the support team.

10 Privacy & Data Security

• Loss resulting from third-party access due to the member's own negligence.

12 Changes to Terms
